RWAI, short for Real World Artificial Intelligence, embodies our mission to using technology to address real-world challenges. Founded by Lukas Tuggener and Simon Spalinger as a spin-off from the Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI), RWAI is dedicated to developing innovative solutions that deliver measurable value.
Our flagship product, TicketPilot, transforms the way software companies manage service, support, and maintenance by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning. From answering user queries and consulting documentation to logging bugs and suggesting improvements, these processes often demand significant time and resources. TicketPilot streamlines these workflows, enabling companies to respond faster, operate more efficiently, and reduce manual effort.
RWAI is a now a ZHAW Spin-Off
We are proud and honoured to be a Spin-Off from Center for Artificial Intelligence (CAI) at ZHAW and to enrich the Winterthur Start-Up community with our initiative. This recognition underlines our commitment to simplify software support and maintenance with artificial intelligence!
Passionate Minds, Decades of Expertise
United by their passion for artificial intelligence the two founders
Lukas Tuggener and Simon Spalinger
combine academic rigor with practical industry knowledge.
Lukas Tuggener holds a Master of Science in Statistics from ETH Zurich. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Lugano (USI) under the guidance of Prof. Jürgen Schmidhuber.
