Where AI meets Impact!

Tackling Real-World Challenges with AI Excellence

RWAI is where innovation meets impact. Dedicated to the practical application of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, we are committed to addressing tangible challenges in the real world. Our focus revolves around leveraging these technologies to develop pragmatic solutions that make a meaningful impact on real-world problems.

Pioneering AI for Practical Impact

In the era of rapid evolution of AI, RWAI stands at the forefront to harness the potential of emerging technologies for solving tangible, real-world problems. We firmly believe that the transformative power of AI should extend beyond theoretical possibilities, actively addressing pressing challenges across diverse industries. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the promise of AI and its practical application, ensuring a real-world impact.

Realizing AI's Potential through Purposeful Application

Unlike many initiatives in the AI space that explore technical possibilities before seeking real-world applications, RWAI takes a different approach. We start by identifying concrete, real-world problems, and then strategically apply the most suitable AI and machine learning technologies to solve them.

That is how we launched our anchor product #TicketPilot. This innovative solution enhances software maintenance and support processes through the intelligent application of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Passionate Minds, Decades of Expertise

United by their passion for artificial intelligence the two founders Lukas Tuggener and Simon Spalinger combine academic rigor with practical industry knowledge.

Lukas Tuggener holds a Master of Science in Statistics from ETH Zurich. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Lugano (USI) under the guidance of Prof. Jürgen Schmidhuber. With a focus on applied machine learning, Lukas brings eight years of experience as an AI researcher at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences).

Simon Spalinger holds a Software Engineer degree from ETH Zurich and two decades of experience in software product development for core banking environments. Beyond his technical expertise, Simon is a successful entrepreneur and a dedicated servant leader.
