Unlike many initiatives in the AI space that explore technical possibilities before seeking real-world applications, RWAI takes a different approach. We start by identifying concrete, real-world problems, and then strategically apply the most suitable AI and machine learning technologies to solve them.
That is how we launched our anchor product #TicketPilot. This innovative solution enhances software maintenance and support processes through the intelligent application of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
United by their passion for artificial intelligence the two founders Lukas Tuggener and Simon Spalinger combine academic rigor with practical industry knowledge.
Lukas Tuggener holds a Master of Science in Statistics from ETH Zurich. Currently, he is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Lugano (USI) under the guidance of Prof. Jürgen Schmidhuber. With a focus on applied machine learning, Lukas brings eight years of experience as an AI researcher at ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences).
